Hub one upgrade?

I upgraded to Fibre last year but didn't get the new Hub One router sent out. I'm looking to use the 5gz band setting which I can't find on my old 5704n router... anyone know if it's possible to get an updated model sent out to me?

It's quite possible PN will send you a Hub One for the cost of postage but you will probably have to agree to a further minimum term for that to happen.
