Hub lights are blue but no broadband

I reset the hub and have blue lights and a landline dialling tone but no broadband or wifi

Welcome to the forums, @GrahamB2 . Have you checked the username/password on the router?

Merely out of curiosity, why did you reset it?

Hi now resolved after a chat with tech support the hub had apparently reset to set up mode at Plusnet side
