Hub dropping out

Since our system going live on 24th nov 20, our router loses connection to the broadband constantly, I initially thought this was a WiFi issue and separated the 5g and 2.4g said but it still drops the connection on wired as well as wireless devices. Any advice gratefully received!

As the connection is dropping I recommend you follow the trohbleshooting process at:
https://faults.plus.net
Dependning on the results of the process, a fault will be raised with Plusnet.

Hi There,

 

I did try all of the items mentioned and a few others besides, 

I also logged an issue with Plusnet, and am still awaiting a tech call, over a week later.. We have had a couple of bank holidays in between though. 

The issue seems to be this: -

 

(227627.230000) PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

 

which results in the system dropping out. 

 

Plusnet can see this, have checked the line and found no faults. 

 

Any words of wisdom gratefully received, it's dropped out 5 times today..
