I have had the Hub One for the fibre service for nearly a week now but still can only get internet via iOS platforms, not windows, even though both connect. Has anyone had a similar problem?
this sounds like your nic (network card) might be configured incorrectly if your on windows 7 or above look in bottom right near of task bar near clock and look for a symbol of a computer with a network icon it may also have a red cross or an orange triangle in it right click on it and select troubleshoot problems and follow the guide though this should sort any problems you have such as wrongly configured network settings.
