We seem to be having connection issues in the house on wifi to the Hub One. My son especially constantly complains about disconnects to the wifi.
We have a Hub One with the following status at the bottom of the config page. Which hasn't changed since we got it about 18 months ago.

Technical details below if this helps. Anything I need to be concerned about?
Should it not automatically update to newer versions? Is there a way to force a firmware update if it could help with wifi stability?
