My fibre went active 2 days ago but still no hub. I was upgrading from adsl.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi there,
Just to clarify, your fibre order hasn't completed yet and is due for the 19th July. I believe you've received the email stating your account change has completed, so sorry about that. Your router should be with you before the order completes.
