Hows the reliability on this network for fibre

Hi Im thinking of switching and im wondering if the reliability on this network is good as it looks cheap

Reliability is as good as anyone else as it all uses the same wires

The real question is how quick do they fix problems compared to the other (not expensive) alternatives and I can't answer that from personal experience
