How will I know?

Evening all.

How will I know if/when the geezer from Openreach has visited the cabinet and connected me to fibre?

Will my existing ADSL connection just carry on regardless or will it drop?

Hi, 

Your ADSL connection will drop as soon as the engineer visits the cabinet. You should also get a Plusnet notification once the work has officially completed.
