How to get banding removed

My profile was always around 80 and then we had a lots of power cuts and I think it got banded at 60, it has been like this for some time. My daughter is coming home soon and it would be great to get the full speed back.

The HG612 has been up for 120 days and and not resynced since the 31st of December, it now has a UPS to prevent disconnections and I have all the DSLstats going back to 2019 when it synced at 80.

It would appear you can't raise a ticket anymore and no one answers the phone so what do you do?
