How to close a question so I can create a new one about no extension kit

I have 4 questions open (which I have now discovered is the maximum) and want to close one so I can raise a question on why the BT engineer did not have my request for an extension kit on his docket. How do I do that?
Thanks
Dave

given that you probably didn't open them - you can't
why not add it to the most appropriate ticket

If you opened them then you can close them, if they were opened by us or our systems then only we can close them.
The extension kit *was* on the order, I've got that open in front of me at the moment. If you update the provisioning ticket where the orders have been discussed they should be able to help too.
