How to Order a New Router

Just upgraded my contract but would like to order a replacement router.
Only option I can find is for a call as live chat is disabled - A call is not possible as I am in calls most of the day due to work.
Is there a contact e-mail address or other option?

There is no contact email address (never has been whereas there used to be a ticketing system which Plusnet closed and then the Live Chat system which they also closed except for sales). The only way to contact Plusnet is via phone or via these forums or via Facebook or Twitter.
A Plusnet staff member should pick up your post here but it may take some time due to the current crisis. They are also prioritising issues where customers have no broadband etc., due to faults etc.
