How much time Plusnet need to active internet ?

I ordered broadband from Plusnet 29/11/2016 and still not have it I losing my patience.
Date:
29/11/2016 - First Payment ~150 * entire year prepayment for line rental to save money
7/12/2016 - Received modem
4/1/2017 - I received email about Line activation still no internet.
5/1/2017 waited 24H still notching I I contacted Plus-net via Customer Services about issue
8/1/2017 3 days pass and still no answer....

ok faulty main socket on extension test socket working
