I've upgraded my package to Unlimited Fibre Extra (it was previously some very old non-fibre thing). The date given to me by email for the changeover is today. My new router came yesterday and is already installed (and was working under the old package last night, with old speeds).
I lost the connection an hour or two ago, which I guessed was something to do with the changeover. But I don't have information about what the process is, whether I'm meant to do anything etc. - and especially, how long it's meant to be down for?
I wouldn't know if the correct time was 10 seconds or 10 hours, so I'm not sure if this is an issue or not. Could someone let me know?
