I just can't work out why mine was 53mb right off the bat but there's is 15 and so half the estimate - first on the cab. New wiring. etc
I will see what it's like in a few days when I do another disconnect/reconnect

I've logged in today and they are still getting 14.94mbps down - is this really the best they can get based on everything?
They have also dropped the session and re connected.

Hi Pete,
I see you've commented on the ticket. Faults will pick that up soon and advise further. Just to note, your syncing at 15Mbit so you will probably need an engineer.

Thanks Mate I will tell them - anytime is fine just let them know and they will be there. Such a shame they need one as it was clearly a bodged job
And he told me on the phone (engineer) he had done it all right also.

Profile has now dropped back to 15.8mbps - defo needs looking at and I have updated fault ticket.
I don't want egg on my face by telling everyone this is fantastic and then it be crap. After all my folks are the first on the NGA so if they get problems now imagine when it's full!

Just to update you re the "unable to reach Concentrator" error message in their TC Router it says
Concentrator Name: acc-aln1.agz
