I'm having a new phone line installed. I have an email that says this - "We can confirm that the date for activation of services at the new premises is 04/05/18. AM" This is when the engineer is meant to arrive and I need to let them in. I don't have a date for when my fibre is activated - just the phone line - unless they are the same thing?
I'm not a new customer. I'm moving house.
What would be a good estimate for when my fibre is activated? I'll be so happy if it's Friday because it's my week off next off.
Welcome to the forum. We can see that both your broadband and phone order is due to complete after the engineer visit. Your broadband can take up to midnight to complete and we would ask you get back to us should you need any assistance. -Sammy
