Hi there.
It looks like your broadband order completed at 17:50 today so I've pushed things through on our side now.
If you set up your router in a couple of minutes you should be up and running.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi, I have a similar scenario.
I'm also changing from BT. I received a text very early this morning to say that the phoneline is active but nothing regarding the fibre.
Should I expect another text regarding the fibre and if so how long does this normally take?
Just wondering as pretty much everything we do is via the internet - TV, Heating & hot water, Security etc
Any help welcome.

My broadband was switched on the evening of the day my phone was transferred - if that helps.

That does thank you... did you get a separate message to confirm the fibre?
Just wondering as it says not too plug in the router until confirmed so I'm not sure if I am waiting for another text as I have only had one to confirm the phone line is active
