How long do you wait for connection after moving house?

Hi I'm an existing customer and moved house on the 28th November. We are keeping our service with plusnet and an engineer is coming on December 5th to install a new line. Will we have access to broadband the same day? Thanks.

I can confirm that you should have both services by midnight on the specified date. This was advised on your ticket here
