How do you open a Fault ticket?

I cannot find a way to open a fault ticket? I'm sure it used to be a lot easier! Can somepne please advise.Or hopefully somneone on the Plusnet Team can open a faulr for me?

Hi Pat,

I’ve raised this to a colleague to try to identify what’s causing this in the systems so we can fix.  In the meantime I’ve manually raised a fault ticket on your account.
