im not in contract anymore and im moving house very shortly and im going with another provider but my son wants to keep the internet on so i want to downgrade from Fibre Extra which im paying over £40pm i want to change it to the lowest fibre package or downgrade to normal broadband which i think is 17mb. how do i go about sorting this out. I forgot to mention that my bill is due to come out today so i need to know what i have to do.

@bustermissy1961 you would be best giving Customer Options Team a ring.
They can be contacted on: 0800 013 2632
Their opening hours are:
8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
9am and 7pm on Saturdays
9am and 6pm Sunday (except bank holidays)
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
