How do I know if I'm on the new network?

Is there a way of telling if I've been migrated to the new core yet? I'm on a static IP if that matters.

Hey there. I'm not entirely sure how you find out on your end, however I'll let you know first thing tomorrow morning when I'm back at the office. Smiley

@rongtw Customers may not see a difference on a tracert if they have a static IP.

Re: How do I know if I'm on the new network?

That's a shame. Are you still able to jump gateways on a router reboot?

Re: How do I know if I'm on the new network?

Heads up that migrations to the new network are all done under the bonnet. As a result, the static IP wouldn't affect anything.

Re: How do I know if I'm on the new network?

IIRC, the issuing of Dynamic IPs is farmed out to the consumer end of the network in blocks sufficient for the "customer count" but the issuing of Static IPs doesn't change when moved to the new network (because it's too difficult/fragmented) - also there may have been mention of Static IP connections being only via bng gateways, which would lose me 2Mbps compared with ag gateways based on the SK data I have.

I could be (and often am) incorrect, of course Crazy3
