How do I confirm my contract is finished?

I was (?) on an 18 month contract which should have ended. No contact from Plusnet and chat has been unavailable for a week at least. I need to move to a new provider but need to confirm contract finished before doing so. How can I do this - is the chat down so that they can just continue charging me or is this just normal 'Plusnet service'?

Hi @roymaddison
You're absolutely right that your contract has now expired - you can migrate to another provider and they should contact us to let us know you're switching over if they also use the BT Wholesale network.
Alternatively, our Customer Options Team will be able to assist on 0800 328 4624

Thanks for that Dave - if Plusnet wanted my custom they wouldn't have handled this the way they have. Will research my options.
