House move - where is router sent to?

Hi all,

Have just set up a house move and upgrade to Fibre for 2nd November. Had a text today to say that my new router has been posted, will this be sent to my current address or the one I'm moving in to? 🤔 I have tried to ask this question on live chat and through the member centre but received no reply.

Hi @cblower1980, thanks for getting in touch. 

From checking over the account, I can confirm your hardware is being sent to your current address. As they are sent Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, I'd expect this to be with you in the next couple of days.
