Re: House move - orange flashing light

Have exactly the same issue. Contacted PN and was told their new billing system is not reactivating accounts properly after a move and there is a priority team fixing effected accounts, and got mine added to the list. No idea how long it will take them to fix it.

I hope that is the case.
Sounds quite simply I bet they hold it off until the week though

Re: House move - orange flashing light

On a more positive note, Plusnet send out these emails on the day that they are told it will go live but it can take up to midnight for the account to be activated. So there is a chance that by tomorrow morning you will be up and running.

Re: House move - orange flashing light

Hi @sutty1986, I am really sorry to hear this. The orders are complete but can see you have no active connection.

We have now made some changes on the account so could you please factory reset your router.

@TJ2, I can see your issue has already been picked up on another thread here by @Jubby

If after a reset you are still experiencing issues, can you run through our troubleshooting guides here.

If the issues then persist please report it here to us and let us know once done.

If this post resolved your issue please click the 'This fixed my problem' button

Re: House move - orange flashing light

Hi Sutty1986, I got onto PN and the advisor did some tests over the phone which showed a fault, engineer came out today, and turns out the issue was the original installer engineer hooked up the wrong wires in the cabinet. Hopefully your issue is something similar and easy to resolve, the difficulty is getting someone out. Good luck

That's not going to work. I suggest that you go through the process suggested to TJ2 here.  https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/House-move-orange-flashing-light/m-p/1583110#M84624

Re: House move - orange flashing light

Hi @sutty1986

Thanks for coming back to us.

I can see that you're currently syncing up at 47.3mb/s which is just within the estimates for your line. As the line has only recently gone live, I'd expect the speed to improve over the next 7-10 days. If this isn't the case when you test it via a wired connection after that time period, please let us know.

Best wishes

Dave
