1/ day 3 of a new fibre install so de synced and rebooted to check what DLM would give me, as DLM is disabled for first 2 days.
BT speedtest further test says IP Profile for your line is - 36.44 Mbps
Your PN line speed says 21 Mb. So looks like I have been put on that old 20mbit connection profile, that has been a bug for years. My router reports I should be getting a connection rate of 37mbit so real connection speed of 36mbit once overheads are taken off
2/ I am not on the agreed connection package, when I did my house move I had a legacy 40/20 connection and had 40/2 on it going live at new address.
reference ticket to get my account 127298008
edit: 6 weeks away due to house move and still a pile of [-Censored-] this forum engine, have to use another browser just to get paragraph formatting working

Semi fixed, back to 40mbit profile as my house move put me on a ADSL profile not fiber, so retraining of agents in my ticket history on your side.
But still my upload is not my legacy 20 which I agreed to, but 2mbit
