Been with Plusnet for years and have multiple mobile and also business broadband accounts and regularly recommend them. However I am getting frustrated by the lack of action on our house move. Provisioning team don't seem to have actioned anything for 7 days now. It would literally be quicker for me to move provider than wait for Plusnet to sort out a simple house move. Have been "transferred" to them but they don't answer the phone either. It's very frustrating.
Is there a way for me to contact the provisioning team?
