House Move


I've recently moved properties and taken my Plusnet Fibre with me. An Openreach engineer came out to my new address this morning to look at the phone line and he plugged in my Hub and advised that the light should turn blue shortly and up and running. This is currently still the same, orange light still with red broadband light flashing then changing to just the orange light flashing. I have seen a couple of people mention that it should work shortly after the engineer has left, is this true?

Any help would be appreciated!
