Home phone and broadband activation

Hi, 

I have got an engineer that came this morning to got everything set up.

One hour after, I received an email and text saying that home phone has been activated and ready to use but it does not seem that the broadband has been activated. Shoud I wait for the broadband to be activated also or do I have an issue that need to be fixed? I am not sure if that's normal that home phone and broadband services are activated at different times.
