Home Hub 6 stopped working

I went to bed last night after having HH6 working fine with my plus net account for nearly a year.

This morning all I have is the static orange light and no WiFi.

Any ideas? I’m stuck. Tried factory reset and reconfiguring with no luck.

What happened last night?

There is a guide to configuring the HH6 for use on Plusnet:

One thing to note is not to connect the HH6 to the Telephone line until step 9.

The technical team did a change of my plusnet password for me and all is good again.
Not sure what happened over night but all is working with a new password.
