I tried to ping it on ping plotter but did nothing.
Yes thats my chart looking at the history it re-started on the 10th, when i think back to then i remember a work college coming to me and saying their was a power cut in his area which is close to me so i believe i may of been part of the pwer cut too. (no way to check)
As for me doing a disconnect/reconnect. Nope i have not done this yet but i have looked at my chart and seen the packet loss has dropped a little but is still there i will however try your suggestion of restarting the modem.
