Higher than normal Pings

So i have been on Fibre Broadband for weeks now and all has been great until now. I had no disconnections Slow Downs  my Pings were constantly around 10 to 12 MS. My Router went off the other day and since then i have been getting Bad Pings compared to what they were. Xbox live and Playing Black Ops 3 is terrible. My Pings in that game are over 100MS every game. I am seeing Lag and Connection Interuped constantly. Everything was Great until my router went off and now it is like it was before i went onto Fibre. Can anyone help ?

Have you tried , from your router web page Reboot router .?

it will put you on different gateway Thumbs_Up

Does this happen on any other internet service you use? Speeds still okay? Wired or wireless and if wireless, have you tried using a cable?
