High traffic from 109.159.247.251 staturating link

Good afternoon,

I have a very odd issue, that looks to have started 2 days ago.

I'm see hight packet counts from 109.159.247.251 port 5802 to 234.81.130.251 port 5802

I have turned off all my devices and even rebooted my plusnet router to see if that stops the high traffic, but none of this has stopped it.

I was under the impresion it was from my router, as when I used the web portal to disconect could still see the packets, but after just unlugging the DSL cable I can see its bbroadcast traffic that is getting rebroadcast on my internal network

How do I stop it or at the vey least block it? as its having an impact on me using the internet.

Hi Mustrum,

No I dont have  PN/BT TV, but we do have a youviewrecorder. Its not that as I have disconnected that as still see the trasffic

Turns out our youview recorder is the cuse of  the traffic, not sure what to do about it.

any help would be good

Do you get the traffic all the time, or just when you are recording or watching TV?

it seesmall the time, have spotted it on the home plugs conecting the youview recorder to the router
