High ping

Dose anyone know how long it should take for my line to go back to fast path because since I’ve come over last month it’s had a constant high ping and it’s effecting online gaming.
Before I came over to PN is was getting 9ms with gaming sitting between 20-80ms and now it’s between 19-30ms and gaming can spike up to 200ms hardwired.

Now my ping is at 50ms and my speed has dropped between 5-18meg but the hub is showing 39meg 🤦🏻‍♂️

Having checked your line today, I can see it is performing well from our side.

With Fibre, this may be something that resolves itself over time, but I wouldn't be able to provide a exact time frame.
