High ping recently (unplayable in games)

Hiya,

Recently I've been getting some atrocious pings coming off my line, I haven't changed any of my configuration but it appears to have gone downhill.

I've tried restarting and redialing but nothing is helping.

You sure there's no network activity on your LAN which is impacting pings e.g downloads/uploads?

edit: 72ms to your router is very high for something on your local network.
