Hi, I'm wondering if any one can help me. I contacted support as I was having intermittent high ping issues in gaming. First advisor answered and said my line looked stable from his end although I was on a profile which was caping my speeds. I responded with what times the high ping occurs and next two advisors have completely ignored the issue with me being on a lower profile. All they care about is that I am within openreach estimates.
Can any one here look into this for me as it is taking about 4 days to get a response. Thanks in advance.
