High ping in games, websites slower to load

Over the past couple of weeks i have noticed websites take longer to load, youtube and amazon are no longer instant.

I've also been experiencing very high spikes in ms while playing Path of Exile, i've been trying to troubleshoot what the problem is, but not getting anywhere. Here is a WinMTR to their London login server:

I have a wired connection, only my phone and ipad connect wirelessly to my router and they are idle while i'm at my computer.

I have also ran CCcleaner, Avast and Malwarebytes with no problems.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

I've tested your line and that's not showing any issues.

The WinMTR result doesn't show any obvious issues either as the ping times are what I'd expect.

Do you have the same issue on other devices?

Hi, the issue still remains, i do get the issue on my mobile devices. Sometimes when trying to watch a film on Netflix it will load in at 360p or 480p quality, yet if i then refresh after about 2 minutes it will reload at 720p or 1080p. Same with my pc, when i start a download sometimes it will take 2 hours to download 1GB, yet a refresh of the download then causes it to take 5 minutes.
