@dnpark38 i read that people on static IP are effectively put back on the old network (the one that didn't have problems) and the drop in speed is due to their profile being reset
I'm getting sick of correcting this error.
Once you are moved to the WBMC Dedicated (aka New) network you stay on it. Fixed IP just changes the routing to go through the bng gateways which are also used by the old network.
NOBODY HAS BEEN MOVED BACK TO THE OLD NETWORK AFTER BEING MOVED TO THE NEW

The Fact Of The Matter Here Is Simple:-
PlusNet are not going to take any responsibility for the problems it's customers are facing Period!
If they did it would open up an avenue for disgruntled customers to file for compensation and I seriously doubt anyone here would believe PlusNet would allow this to happen.

@jelv keep your hair on, if you're using old gateways then how is that the "new network" instead of the old one?
it's been quite a few weeks since this problem began and the solution is barely getting scratched at, i'll refer to @Excalibre68 's posts

Do you actually understand what the difference is between WBMC Shared (old network) and WBMC Dedicated (new network)? It's a significant difference between the way you are routed between your exchange and Plusnet. If you are on new with a fixed IP the majority of the routing is on the new network (including going via one of PoP) with just the last part being diverted to one of the bngs.
Dave posted about this two weeks ago: https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/High-packet-loss-and-other-DNS-issues/m-p/1363323#M452...
Have a read of http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/wbc_wbmc.htm

@jelv static IPs go through just 1 different gateway? you said you got routed through gateways used by the old network so i figured it was more substantial than just 1
but no, in depth i don't understand, many of us here won't, what we do understand is that our connections took a hit when we got moved over

@jely
You seem very knowledgeable on this mess up can you explain simply to me how come I have now got high Jitter figures in stead of Packet Loss?
Starts early afternoon and builds up just like the Packet Loss did. The result is the same hard to use Internet as the evening goes on?

First time I've been able to say this in a while but something seems to have changed in the last 15 minutes, I've just gone from 12% packet loss to 0%...
Monitoring this but it would be a very welcome result if we're finally back to normal...

It seems to be at peak times it was fine earlier same with yesterday but past 5 for past two days I'm losing 20-30% of packet lost and all I see on Plusnet latest news is that they released a new tv ad well cheers for that.

No, just a very long standing customer (joined 6 Nov 2001) and one time member of the Plusnet User Group.

If the issues are time dependant it's less likely to be an issue with your line. I think the conclusion is that there are still more issues with the new network to be addressed.
