My connection has been consistently good since I swapped to fibre most of 2 years ago.
As of 10am Saturday morning the packet loss has increased and when I came to test (having had my suspicions) the speed from any device (cable connected or not) is very slow.

Nothing from the router regarding line statistics suggests anything to me (these are down - towards me)
Actual Rate 79997 Kbps
Attainable Rate 81214 Kbps
Path Mode Fast
Interleave Depth 1
Actual PSD 6. 7 dB 1
I tried reconnecting. Nothing changed.

Now that's odd !
This morning I power cycled my router (a Draytek 2860) and when I reconnected the speed was back to normal (71 Mb/s down/18.6 up).
Prior to the power cycle it was 3,61 down 19.1 up.
While it COULD have been the router I suspect not. The problem came on when I was away on holiday extremely suddenly (as can be seen from the Think Broadband graph).
My suspicion is that when I power cycled, when I reconnected I moved to some "better" part of the Plusnet infrastructure.
