High latency

Hello,

Recently I have been having rather high latency and high ping over 100ms , this is rather annoying as I am a gamer and so it is really frustrating , is it possible if I could have someone check my line to see if there is any faults ,

I can see an engineer has recently attended and there has only been one drop in connection since the visit, how's things looking your end?

Yes thank you the latency issues have been fixed ,
Thank you for the quick response and there hasn't been any drops that I have noticed
