High Latency
Hi,
Since switching from BT to PlusNet we are occaisionally seeing ridiculously high ping times to Interner sites (800ms+ compared to normal 20ms or so).
At these times web access becomes slow but once a download is running it is fast.
We never had this problem with BT.
Any ideas / suggestions please?
