I'm getting booted off gaming servers for extremely high lag. Internet tv is constantly freezing. Download speed is about 4 times lower than what I'm paying for at ~17mb/s & way below the "guaranteed" minimum. But this still should be plenty as it's just me using the internet. I've asked another local Plusnet user & they are having the same issues. What is wrong & when will it be fixed please?
The answer is never unless you report it or it gets picked up by a Plusnet staffer that might (or might not) come along.
