This is getting really annoying now.
Speedtest is 12mbps
Wont stay connected
Internet is basically unusable, this happens every 2 weeks, im pretty sure a fault is intermittent not scheduled.
Lets see who is to blame this time?

Is this speed test via an ethernet cable to your router, or Wi-Fi?
Have you logged a new fault ticket via faults.plus.net ?
Is this from the master socket i.e. ensuring no other connections?
What does your Router logs say at the times time of the drop etc.?
All useful information.
