Not been on for a while now because my fibre has been running perfectly...you guessed it But
Had a disconnection today and I've gone from solid 20/68 to the attached photo
Got home from work and reconnected everything but it stayed the same please could a mod take a look and give me some advice..

Moderators are customers like yourself and have no access to your account.

On a good note as far as I can tell it has remained connected since yesterdays reboot...
First reboot yesterday would have been the drop in speed and the second one at about 18:00/18:30 was me trying to re-set my settings any other disconnections if any were not done by me
Most of the time the connection and uptime say 50 to ninety plus days
I know you do get disconnected and re-connected but usually my stats stay @ 20/68

Or do you think it was just a hiccup and the DLM will sort itself out over the next few days

The official response time is 72 hours although forum staff sometimes pick things up quicker than that.

I rebooted the router Sunday morning and tried a different router and checked all connections ...
Hopefully staff could tell me if I need to report a fault...

I have reported this and there is a fault on the line chap at plusnet seems to think its from the box to the exchange .
So now the upto 72hour wait begins.
