Hi,

Couple of weeks ago my Fibre plus started playing up particularly around 10.00pm onward. IPTV stuttered badly (connected by cat 6 cable not wifi) and speedtest showed anything from 6-13 mbps whereas I normally get around 60+. Generally during the day it was ok.

Contacted support last week and they got me to run tests over couple of days from test socket on NTE5 box with inline filter.

Speeds seemed to stabilise, so disconnected the extension phone line and plugged filter plate back into NTE5 and reconnected. Same problem started up. Seems to be mainly in the late evening. I am back running on test socket with inline filter.

Anyone got any ideas, is it failure of the built in filter to the NTE5?  Not sure why the problem is worst in late evening if it's just the filter. Any help appreciated.
