My broadband hasnt been working since early this morning the router has a blue light and seems to be connected but it asks me to sign in and brings up the manager page, I have done a factory reset and most of the troubleshooting options any ideas?

I'm very sorry that you've been having trouble getting connected and for the delay in getting back to you on here. I've tested your line and it looks like everything should now be back up and running. Please let us know if you're still unable to get online.
