Its anyone’s guess they could have been monitoring your connection when using PUBLIC WiFi at a pub or cafe and got it that way but if you have 2fa on all or most of your accounts you should be ok but keep regular checks on all online accounts and the second you cannot login change the password I find the best passwords are 15-20 characters long with upper and lower case symbols and numbers that’s why I chose to use 1Password as it can generate a strong password

One of the reasons I don’t use Instagram hope you blocked him as he will probably try again in a few months

Everyone has their own antivirus program that they prefer I find trend micro maximum security works well for me never had any issues and is the highest level of security you can get from that company for a home user other than going for the business version that is no cheap
