Help needed with Connection Dropping and Speed Varying

Hi,

My 'connection' has been awful for some time now.

The connection drops frequently whether wired or wireless.

I've read some of the similar posts so I checked my Plus Net Hub One Event Log...

Basically it has many, many of the following.

 

WIFI

Client Associated/Disassociated...

WIRE LAN LOG

Wire Lan 4 up/down

Any advice please?

Hi @TaffWrexham1 - I've checked the line for you and have attached a Radius graph below detailing the connection

 

 

The testing isn't flagging up what could be causing the disconnections we're seeing, but the line does look to have stabilised since that brief intermittent period on 08/09 September. Tried again and connected straight away.

@TaffWrexham1 - Could it be your devices lack of power that's causing this? Your battery level is only 3% and in the red. Are thing better once it's charged?
