Help help help fibre install due tomorrow

Have received Sms confirmation from openreach about phone installation tomorrow morning but nothing about fibre install due in the afternoon despite receiving confirmation on 26 August. After 2 days with no engineer turning up and an order made as long ago as 5 July coupled with an active phone line that is not connected to our property, and telephone queues that are over an hour long, I am hoping that someone can confirm that the broadband will be installed tomorrow afternoon. I got through straighway on chat half an hour ago so you might want to give that a go though you would need to be quick as that closes at 9pm if I remember right.
