Using the help assistant,ask the support team a question, every time I press ' send your question to the support team' an error message comes up asking me to put in valid mobile number. Mobile number is listed and is correct. Thanks.

By any chance does your mobile number begin with 074? That seems to be a known issue.
A workaround would be to untick the keep me updated by mobile box, remove your number and then just advise us in writing if you'd like to receive text message alerts for responses to the question.
