Help - VDSL connection drops out a few times a day

Hi,

The situation we have been left in is absolutely ridiculous. The engineer that you sent out replaced the faceplate and socket and the faceplate is faulty and now they are telling me we have to pay for it ourselves. It was just installed, for god’s sake, and is showing a clear problem. I can not believe this whole mess, honestly.
