Help Please - solid orange light with flashing red B

My switch over date was yesterday, I’ve had the email to say I’ve gone live with the switch and plugged in my router but since then all I’ve had is a solid orange light with a flashing red b.

could someone check this out for me please? 

I really hope this ain’t the start of 18 months of problems.

you can raise a fault at https://faults.plus.net - sounds like the router can't detect a broadband signal

I’ve raised a fault though the link, how long does is usually take for someone to pick it up? I really need to get the internet working for school learning, everything was fine yesterday with sky fibre before the switch.
